The Geek Squad service at Best Buy, located at 5340 W Grand Parkway S, Richmond, TX 77406, has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a laptop for our son along with a protection plan, which has proven to be a complete waste of money. We reported a GPU issue over four months ago. Worse customer service I have ever had.
They were very helpful recently with the purchase of my new computer and the cleanup of my old one. Everyone I spoke with was professional and took their time to explain everything to me. They also had a quick turn around for everything that I needed done.
I called to ask about a scanning for my phone since my bank needs prove, they said $100 for it. When I asked why they hung up almost immediately
