Yesterday I took my iphone to this location for tech service. My phone not working properly and I wasn't too thrilled about driving to the Mem City mall Apple store. Saheed was able to help me fix the problem with my phone! I really appreciate her help. Driving to Mem City mall would have not been fun. I want to give her and the Geek Squad at the Richmond Best Buy a shout out for their help!

They did offer me a replacement laptop, which I appreciate. Thankfully, most of my data was backed up, so I recovered my files (though I did lose some saved software projects). 0/5 I am extremely disappointed and sad with this service. I gave my laptop for a simple cell replacement, and it’s been over a month with no updates whatsoever. I’ve called 12 times, and every time I’m told they don’t know anything because the warehouse has it, and no one actually cares to follow up. As of Jan 13, 2026, I still have no update, and now they told me not to call back—that it won’t help—and just sit and wait. This shows complete lack of care for customers. The Geek Squad service at Best Buy, located at 5340 W Grand Parkway S, Richmond, TX 77406, has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a laptop for our son along with a protection plan, which has proven to be a complete waste of money. We reported a GPU issue over four months ago.
