The Geek Squad service at Best Buy, located at 5340 W Grand Parkway S, Richmond, TX 77406, has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a laptop for our son along with a protection plan, which has proven to be a complete waste of money. We reported a GPU issue over four months ago. Since then, the laptop has been sent to the service center twice and handed over to the store team once—but not a single time has the issue been resolved. They were very helpful recently with the purchase of my new computer and the cleanup of my old one. Everyone I spoke with was professional and took their time to explain everything to me. They also had a quick turn around for everything that I needed done.

I called to ask about a scanning for my phone since my bank needs prove, they said $100 for it. When I asked why they hung up almost immediately

I have been a long time customer with Best Buy and a preferred customer Purchase the washer and dryer along with the warranty wash machine broke it took them a week to come out and look at it A week to order the parts and now they're telling me another week to come out and install the parts that's over 3 weeks without a wash machine And they don't give you a time frame when they come out they tell you 7:00am in the morning till 7:00pm at night that's your time frame
