They will not perform phone testing at your home but they will come for other devices. On top of that they will only check for spyware and malware for certain phones....apple and Samsung Galaxy (but only certain kinds). I have not been able to get home assistance with this for over a year. My phone was hacked and I have been trying for about a year to get my phone checked for spyware or malware. I had an in home appointment scheduled on Friday. I received a confirmation text but nobody showed up for the appointment. It is so challenging to get through to make an appointment, then no show/no call...not good.

Every time I come in with an issue or a question I am helped quickly. Even when hard to deal with things come up and my computer has to be checked in for service, the whole process is explained to me. Another thing I’ve noticed is that no one talks down to me. We are TotalTech members and it is worth every penny if it means we get unlimited Geek Squad support.
