New system of appointment only over the phone is stupid. In the past you can walk into a store and schedule an appointment.

If I could give less stars I would. Set up appointment online after verifying via phone call that they would be able to help with an Apple product. 13 mins after our appointment time I started asking random Best Buy employees for help since no one was at the Geek Squad counter for the appointment we checked in early to! At 17 mins past our appointment time another Best Buy employee asked if we had been helped, to which the answer was no.
