I recently bought the total care membership thinking it would be great for the up keep of my laptop. I was wrong, my computer just stopped charging and died. I took it in to see what they could do, said they would need to send it in for about $70 then they would tell me what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it. Wait time is insufferable. Service is even more so. Let me just rant really quick. I told Geek Squad that my computer was crashing upon benching the CPU, likely due to a faulty hardware component causing overheating. I listed multiple symptoms in line with this theory to a bored looking guy at the counter, and all he wrote down was that my computer was overheating and blue screening with no further details about possible cause.
