Wait time is insufferable. Service is even more so. Let me just rant really quick. I told Geek Squad that my computer was crashing upon benching the CPU, likely due to a faulty hardware component causing overheating. I listed multiple symptoms in line with this theory to a bored looking guy at the counter, and all he wrote down was that my computer was overheating and blue screening with no further details about possible cause. We were having issues with a company computer. We are a Nationwide Real Estate company and cannot afford to not have the computer down. Our usual IT was unavailable to help us and Geek Squad specifically Remote Agent Mugilan was so kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He was patient with us while we were getting frustrated and impatient. Mugilan was able to fix our issues in 40 minutes and our system has been running smoothly since he helped.
