I like this Geek Squad. Jennifer helped me check in. She was so patient and kind to all of her customers. She gets 5 stars for her hard work. Erick B. was there today when I picked up my laptop. He explained what the issue was with my laptop and it me know what yo lookout for before I click on something that could harm my laptop.
Fantastic service. They honored their dash cam life time warranty and fixed the issue.
One Star Absolutely terrible service from Aaron at Geek squad phone repair shop. I waited over an hour for him to check my phone, only for him to tell me that my phone wasn’t even covered under their repair policy. He didn’t provide any help or even try to resolve the issue. Wasted my time and left me with no solution. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Worst experience I have ever had in my life. I dropped my fiancés iPhone off in January and they told me it would be 5-7 business days and here it is April. I have called and went into the location several times and every time they give me the run around and tell me that they will talk to the manager and get a resolution to the problem but no manager ever gives me a call back.
