Absolute garbage. They canceled my mom’s appointment without telling her because THEIR payment link was invalid every time she tried to pay. Instead of alerting her. She sat on hold and computer chat for 3 hours with people that basically said “tough” and there’s nothing we can do you didn’t pay. Well how is she suppose to pay when you send an invalid link
