They did a great job transferring files from desk top to new laptop. The Techs were extremely professional, polite, ask if I had any questions and took time to answer questions.
Absolutely awful service if you can even call it that, I’ve spent a total of 7 hours waiting at this store for something that should’ve taken an hour or 2 tops. They’ve called me twice over the course of 3 days and even after paying for their “premium” membership you get no service. I’m ranting through Google reviews because I’m enough of a boomer to go do it in person but seriously this is the worst company when it comes to handling customer service.
Worst customer service experience I have ever had, if you can even call it that. I stopped in on 5/2/2024 in the evening about an hour before close for a pre-scheduled appointment that I set up on the website the night before. I needed a battery replaced for my iPhone. I looked up the cost on the BestBuy website the night before and it reported that it would cost $89. When I arrived, there was a woman with an iPad in front of me who was looking to have it repaired.
