Absolutely horrible. Brought my computer in because it frozen they then said it should be back in a week , it has since been 1MONTH And 1 week and I still do not have my computer. They still don’t have updates. I broke my iPhone screen and booked a Geek Squad appointment since Apple uses them as a service provider for the Bowie area. It took me over two hours to get service, even though I had a reservation. The overall store experience isn’t the worst, but the long wait times and lack of organization made the customer service terrible. I also noticed several other customers waiting just as long for their scheduled appointments.
