I made an appointment 2 days ago to have my iPhone battery replaced. The website asked for my make and model. I get to the store this morning and the worker told me that they didn’t have the battery in stock. So what is the point in making an appointment and asking me for the phone information if you don’t carry the battery. I was not pleased and asked the worker what I should do.
