Geek Squad kept my computer for 3 days for an over heating issue. I got it back with a bunch of random applications installed, the protective plastic ripped off that I've purposely kept on, and it updated to windows 11. I tried windows 11 before and hated it horribly. I have no way to return it to windows 10 and purposely kept it on windows 10. They did everything without permission. Worst experience. I simply need my printer cleaned. I called in ample time for my need. I PAID IN ADVANCE! Now you can't find my order!!!! I will not call you EVER AGAIN!! And I hope Geek Squad goes under
Michael of GEEK SQUAD at Best Buy in Charleston off of Sam Rittenburg was awesome. Backed up new computers in an hour. Was a delight to work with. I highly recommend you join the Geek Squad annual subscription plan. It is well worth it. Ask for Michael.
