Always a great experience shopping here! The staff is super helpful, and they always have the latest tech gadgets in stock. Plus, the layout makes it easy to find what I'm looking for.
Tried to scam me and say it would take 2 days to transfer my data from an old computer to a new one and would've charged me. I got the new laptop and did it myself in minutes. Cant even call these people to ask questions would not recommend to anyone.
has zero respect of customer time. No one shows up after I’ve arrived for 10mins and suddenly guy pop out says I have to reschedule since it’s the next customers appt.
Kept me on hold for a half hour never answered my question and when I showed up there they said “sorry we’re all booked up with appointments today you’ll have to schedule one” as if I didn’t spent the last half hour on hold trying to do just that.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent computer repair service for my computer, which was dropped off at Geek location 550 Arsenal St, Ste 2, Watertown, MA 02472, My computer was experiencing occasional glitches, but otherwise it seems to be working normally.
