I arrived over an hour before my appointment to find the person who had an appointment before me waiting at the counter with no one helping her. I approached a Best Buy associate named Kati to ask about where the Geek Squad associates were. She said they had a camera so they could see awaiting customers. Always a great experience shopping here! The staff is super helpful, and they always have the latest tech gadgets in stock. Plus, the layout makes it easy to find what I'm looking for.
Tried to scam me and say it would take 2 days to transfer my data from an old computer to a new one and would've charged me. I got the new laptop and did it myself in minutes. Cant even call these people to ask questions would not recommend to anyone.
has zero respect of customer time. No one shows up after I’ve arrived for 10mins and suddenly guy pop out says I have to reschedule since it’s the next customers appt.
