Thomas Yarossi and Richard Fuller are two good technicians. I was hacked and i brought my computer in to these guys and they took the time to help me out and exhibited patience beyond my belief. I am extremely grateful for the knowledge that they have and for the help they gave me to resolve my problem. I will always come back to the Geek Squad. I had my motherboard, ram, And the cooling system replaced. They put in the ram backwards and they didn't run a test like they said or they would have caught it. There's a computer shop in Beverly that's really good go to someone who knows stuff.
Johanni is the best. I needed Geek Squad services a number of times over the past year and I couldn't have made it without her expertise. You rock girl!
Had a major hack coincidentally by trying to contact Geek Squad I then went directly to tje store and they were excellent about service on line.
