I've used the services of the Best Buy Geek Squad and they are extremely helpful. If you want to use their services, go to the Best Buy website and reserve an appointment, before you go into the store. They're very popular and their appointments fill up quickly. Had a display issue on my iPhone 16 pro. I made an appt for 5:40 on a Saturday, they were able to diagnosis the issue, had the part in stock and fixed my phone in less than 2 hours! It was a great experience!
No progress updates. Can never get a human on phone.
The staff were very helpful and attentive.
