Had a display issue on my iPhone 16 pro. I made an appt for 5:40 on a Saturday, they were able to diagnosis the issue, had the part in stock and fixed my phone in less than 2 hours! It was a great experience!
No progress updates. Can never get a human on phone.

800 GB worth of data gone, despite being told data would be offloaded and onloaded. Essentially computer was wiped. It is understood in the terms and conditions that that could happen, but was assured it wouldn’t. No data recovery was offered. When handed laptop back, no one mentioned data was wiped. Only discovered it when arriving home. On the paperwork handed, it did say there was data offloaded and unloaded.
1 hour with 2 people trying to figure out why I was losing emails from outlook. They had no idea and reverted to using fon to find answer which things I had already tried. Finally gave up with no resolution and called my email provider who in seconds knew problem. Best Buy didn’t use Pop when setting up outlook and used IMAP which deletes emails after 30 days!!! They didn’t know this!!? Now I lost important info by their mistake and had no idea???
