Great service! A month ago, I bought the permanent version of the Microsoft Office software for my laptop at Best Buy. When I originally purchased the laptop, I guess one of the staff people forgot to print out and give me the activation code for the software. I went to Geek Squad today and explained the situation and showed them my receipt, and they were able to print out my code and activate it for me!
Made an appointment to fix a cracked iphone screen since they were more convenient than the Apple store. Had the appointment, showed up, and after 25 minutes of working on my phone, I was told that they didn't have the part in stock and I should just make an appointment at the Apple store. Save your time and avoid aggravation - if you need an apple product fixed, go straight to an Apple store. Same prices as Geek Squad but they can actually get the work done.

I came to pick my laptop up today and saw two geek squad members working in their respective part of the store. One was busy with a customer while another came toward me; I told him that I needed to pick my laptop up, which should have taken no more than five minutes. He was extremely rude and told me "I'm off hours" three times while nonchalantly walking away to "do something".
