I set an online appointment for this afternoon. While I was checking in, I told them about two different problems I was having with my iPhone. He said “we have a few Apple products already checked in so it likely won’t get done until tomorrow.” I said OK, he then told me to take a seat. I sat for a more than half an hour and nobody came to talk to me. I had time to read the reviews. Yikes! No thanks. I just left.
The team was great thrh took one look at my lanyard s ingle lany hole and where able to help me out.
