The OEM radio in my nine year old car died. I took it to Best Buy since I've shopped there for years and figured I could trust them. That was about three months ago. I wanted to wait to post this so I could write an informed review. The install was great and the radio has been so nice to use. The two fellas who did the work were great. I set an online appointment for this afternoon. While I was checking in, I told them about two different problems I was having with my iPhone. He said “we have a few Apple products already checked in so it likely won’t get done until tomorrow.” I said OK, he then told me to take a seat. I sat for a more than half an hour and nobody came to talk to me. I had time to read the reviews. Yikes! No thanks. I just left.
The team was great thrh took one look at my lanyard s ingle lany hole and where able to help me out.
Great job fixing things.
