Worse service ever!!!! I purchased a plan so I could have someone come to my house as needed. And, I asked them that before I purchased it. They told me that was in the plan I purchased! It isn’t!
If I could give a negative rating I would. I had an appointment with Best Buy (Geek Squad) to repair my LG refrigerator. During the appointment window, I received an email that the appointment had been cancelled with no reason given. I contacted Best Buy, and was told that the service tech tried to reach my phone number, but it had been disconnected!!
