Poor Service from Geek Squad I received very poor service from Geek Squad-Louisville. I would highly advise using a reputable computer repair service instead. I tried their online service but was referred to the store where they totally messed up my computer, didn't fix the problem and deleted a program after a VERY long conversation about NOT deleting it, and they said they were not responsible for deleting it!
