It is ridiculous that I can not speak to anyone on the phone that speaks "English". I tried to contact Geek Squad to find out what was wrong with my computer. He asked for all my info then told me it was ready for pick up. I ask what was wrong with it because I had authorized no repairs until I called find out what was wrong (repair vs new computer). Shoutout to the guys at Geek Squad for doing their thing with my baby and making sure it was at a completely reasonable rate. Special shout outs to my dudes Evan and Jay for taking care of me, paying special attention, AND getting my computer back to me in just one day, despite the expected turnaround being 2 or more. Best Buy in Slidell does it again!!! They deliver every time. Because I'm not as computer savvy as I used to be, I've brought my computer to Geek Squad about five or six times since I bought it a year ago. Geek Squad solves my issues every time.
