My experience? You guys horrible, I called to ask if appointment needed. No- no just show up we'll take care of you no biggie. Well, after 45 minutes waiting! I wasn't getting emails and Microsoft couldn't help me. Geeksquad came to rescue. Took the guy 5 min to fix.
We have had a terrible experience over the past 11 months with the Geek Squad of Braintree. We purchased a Samsung Frame TV last September that has never worked appropriately - issues with disconnection from WiFi, unable to update Samsung account, unable to download apps etc. We have had MULTIPLE visits from technicians from the Geek Squad at our home to attempt repairs with no avail.
