Takes forever to get through automated system, then you get a foreigner on the phone that speaks broken hard to follow English. Indian lady hung up on me when I asked her to speak more clearly. ** People in person are OK!** but yo need to go to the store.
An utter waste of my time. First went back and forth with the person on the online chat to diagnose. After spending 30 minutes total, I had an appointment with geek squad. So I went to the Best Buy in Dorchester. They looked like they stopped caring in the store a long time ago. I literally thought of Blockbuster in its last days.
