As far as I'm concerned, this is THE geek squad. My laptop gave out on me a few weeks ago and the Newport News store told me "it was time to upgrade" and said they couldn't fix it after waiting an hour. :( Took the same laptop to this store in Williamsburg and they had it fixed in 5 minutes! They also were able to tell me what was wrong and how to fix it if it happens again (Which I've had to do a couple times lol) But that's what I call good customer service, because if i ever have any other troubles I'm driving the extra 3... read more
Great tech sent out from Geek Squad through Best Buy to address warranty work on refrigerator. Knowledgeable, speedy and explained things easily to me.
Drake was awesome! Best sales person I've ever dealt with at Best Buy in 15 plus years. I find out I needed to add a unit number to shipping address of where I'm having a computer I just dropped 1300 bucks on. I call the store back to edit the address, simply add a unit number, and I get transferred to the Philippines who keep me on the for 45 mins to tell me they can't edit the address.
