The only saving grace for this store is Matt, who helped me fix my computer; however, he is not always there and the other geek squad agents are of no help or don't want to help. There is no phone # for the store, when you for remote help you get AI, which is not always helpful and it is almost impossible to get a live person. Most of the staff at the Williamsburg store do not appear to care. My husband and I have decided to quit Geek Squad and find someone more reliable.
Went in with an computer issue to which Evan helped me with data transfer, promptly and with such kindness. Returned to this location for pickup of my computer, when I was greeted by Hailey. She was very helpful and thorough discussing what diagnostics were completed. I appreciate the staff for being very helpful and making this a painless experience! Thank you for helping a non tech savvy lady!
As far as I'm concerned, this is THE geek squad. My laptop gave out on me a few weeks ago and the Newport News store told me "it was time to upgrade" and said they couldn't fix it after waiting an hour. :( Took the same laptop to this store in Williamsburg and they had it fixed in 5 minutes! They also were able to tell me what was wrong and how to fix it if it happens again (Which I've had to do a couple times lol) But that's what I call good customer service, because if i ever have any other troubles I'm driving the extra 3... read more
Great tech sent out from Geek Squad through Best Buy to address warranty work on refrigerator. Knowledgeable, speedy and explained things easily to me.
