It’s rather off putting when the tech repair company has computers that are also broken and malfunctioning. Horrid experience. With the price for diagnosis that find no resolution or provide any other solution than a factory reset, you are better off buying a new device. Waited over 45 minutes to pick up a device that was unable to be fixed.
