Very disappointing customer service. I had an appointment and brought my phone in because it had a cracked screen. They took my phone and told me they would come back with the results and that the issue was covered. They asked me to wait, so I stood there for approximately 40 minutes, but no one came back to give me an update or explain what was happening with my phone. Their technicians will lie to you about what work needs to be done on your products and will damage your products in the process of "repairing" them and then point to the fine print in their contract saying that all damage they inflict upon your device is not their responsibility.
It’s rather off putting when the tech repair company has computers that are also broken and malfunctioning. Horrid experience. With the price for diagnosis that find no resolution or provide any other solution than a factory reset, you are better off buying a new device. Waited over 45 minutes to pick up a device that was unable to be fixed.
If I could give them a ZERO I would! The absolute worst!!!! I will never bring anything to this location again!
