Another place told me it would cost $299 to fix the back glass on my iPhone 15 pro, the back was shattered from a drop. I thought the price was crazy because the Apple Store advertises it at $169 without Apple care. I came across the street to the geek squad and their pricing was the same as the Apple Store. I was able to get my phone fixed the same day for the correct price and have had no issues. My phone looks brand new and it operates as it should.
Took my girlfriends new iPhone to get the glass repaired. The phone is less than 6 months old, I watched it being taken out of the new packaging at the time of purchase. Brought it to Best Buy (an authorized) iPhone repair location. They called 30 minutes later to tell her there was a security screw stripped, and they could not make the repair. The ABSOLUTE worst customer service I've ever had! Between them and Best Buy it was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!! I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy..... shouldn't be allowed to operate as a business.
