Well hopefully your experience will be better. Took my laptop in for a cleaning inside and out and inspection fan was sounding a little clicky. Well it sounds worse and they clearly didn't bother cleaning it, when I got home I looked at the bottom and there was something stickie and pretty sure chocolate also. so if they did clean it they completely ignored the bottom wasted close to $200 for the year membership for it to sound worse. Think I'll pay more to go somewhere locally owned next time. Staff was nice though
I brought my iphone in to repair the back (broken glass). I had made an appointment, stupidly signed some consent form, dropped it off, but when I went to pick it up 6 hours later I was told the damage was worse and they already sent it in to Apple for repairs. I was told I would get my phone back in a week at the latest. I don’t have a spare phone to use in the meantime but I can be patient.
