Using them will create headaches, they dont finish on time and no support/response about when they can complete it. Its been a such a nightmare experience with this team.

We just had a terrible experience with a technician, Tannan, from Geek Squad. He came to fix the sound system on a TV we bought from Best Buy two weeks ago. After working on it for almost an hour, he got it working, but said the problem was intermittent. He made multiple changes and it did start working, but in doing so the speaker level settings became reset. I used the geek squad to install a tv on my back patio. I sent pictures and went over all details. They were aware of the location of outlets and where tv was going to go. They came out and hung tv but refused to plug it into outlet as discussed. Then they offered to put in an outlet for an additional cost and then cancelled it due to location of outlet that they were aware of. I paid for a service that was incomplete and no compensation was provided. I recommend using someone else.
