I had a confirmed 6:40 pm appointment for battery replacement. Waited 15 minutes only to be told that they were ‘too busy’ to do the job. Their solution? Buy the battery from them and book another appointment like my schedule doesn’t matter. Unacceptable. This is not incompetence; it’s deliberate disregard for paying customers. This company is a joke.

Great service from Natali! Went there a while back with a cell phone black screen and after trying to solve on my own and after going to a couple of other places - everyone said to go to Geek Squad at Allen Stacy Road Best Buy. Glad I listened to them! Natali was super-efficient and courteous. I was getting frustrated that the other places i went to could not help, but Natali jumped right in. Solved my problem pretty quickly. THANK YOU!

Brought my gaming PC in. Unfortunately it was pretty much a complete loss so RIP to my gaming pc . Even worse, the day I got this news, my gaming laptop wouldn’t boot up either, so I brought it to these guys and thankfully they had me fixed and good to go in 2 hours. 2/3 of the visits, Natali helped me check my computers in and was very positive and friendly during the whole process. Terrible service took my iPad keyboard cover in for service. Apple support said they would replace it based on my description get to the store in the lady says it can’t be replaced due to it being considered customer damage when there was no damage whatsoever on it. Didn’t try to escalate or help just told me I was out of luck. Don’t waste your time they don’t stand behind Customer service or willingness to go above and beyond bunch of useless teenagers that just don’t care. I set an appointment today for 11:20 AM, it took the gentleman over an hour to even check me in To replace the battery in my phone. I asked him how long would the process take and he quoted me one to two hours. To my surprise, four hours later, I’m still being held hostage by geek squad.
