I wish I did not have to give this geek squad a one-star. This is an issue that I will not drop. I purchased a Geek Squad Membership in 4/2025. I was not aware that they did not provide repairs at home. Those are at an additional cost amount. On 3/2026, I went into the Weatherford Best Buy to cancel yearly my geek squad membership that is on autopay. The person in that Best Buy told me that she could not cancel my membership. Customer service is horrible. The sales staff are very under trained. I think the store needs New Management. I would advise going somewhere else.
If I could give zero stars it would be too many. Gave them a drive to attempt recovery. They failed at the store and UPS ground shipped it to another location and it was lost in transit. They did not replace the drive and hid behind their terms and conditions, only compensating for the loss of the data. The folks at the store were OK with compensating for the drive but had to refer me to corporate who took that off the table. Such complete and total villains at Best Buy.
