Bought an ASUS laptop with added warranty and Geek Squad “membership”. I use the laptop every day for my business. Unfortunately, I dropped it and shattered my screen so took it to Weatherford Geek Squad for repair. Not only is it going to take an estimated four weeks to repair, but it cost me an additional $85. I wish I did not have to give this geek squad a one-star. This is an issue that I will not drop. I purchased a Geek Squad Membership in 4/2025. I was not aware that they did not provide repairs at home. Those are at an additional cost amount. On 3/2026, I went into the Weatherford Best Buy to cancel yearly my geek squad membership that is on autopay. The person in that Best Buy told me that she could not cancel my membership. Customer service is horrible. The sales staff are very under trained. I think the store needs New Management. I would advise going somewhere else.
