They told me over the phone that they had the PC part I needed. But when I got there they didn't have it . I drove the better part of an hour to get there. I was really disappointed to say the least.
they don’t take account that you need help they jump from customer to customer and leaves the others behind without checking on them
I just spent an aggravating hour chatting to get remote set up. They said they would call me when the agent was ready. An hour later I get an email saying they have finished doing something to my computer. They never called. I have no idea what they did.
Had three service appointments with them so far and the services were excellent. A very professional knowledgeable crew particularly Mr Sin. The only issue is you can no longer call the store directly. Best Buy handles all calls centrally which is a bit inconvenient.
Not sure what the point is in making an appointment if there's no one there to assist you. I was there 10 minutes before my appointment and no one ever came out to assist me, even a few minutes after my appointment, smh.
