Had an appointment but they still made me wait an hour just to see me. Didn’t even pretend to care about the customer. Ultimately didn’t fix the issue
DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!!!! I brought my iPhone here a few months ago for a cracked screen. Directly after there was a small black dot on the screen that got significantly worse and damaged half my screen I then brought it back for them to fix it not thinking much of it. I dropped off my phone and came back two hours later. They told me the last person that worked on it (at this store) had broke it and now there was no way to get it functioning again since they had taken it apart. Went in for a screen repair, ended up breaking my entire phone, which is fine because they replaced it, but it took 4 hours and they acted like it was my fault the whole time. And they wouldn’t cover the purchase of a second screen protector that I only needed because of the fact that they broke my phone.
Dont recommend. They talk a big game, but dont produce. They dont keep their decided upon scedule. They cant find their way, if you live out side of city limits. Very unhappy
Good luck navigating through their voice menu. Hope their assistance is not so klutzy and frustrating.
