I guess because I am old, they couldn’t fix my phone! Or maybe he was so stupid he didn’t know what to do! The guy never asked what my phone was doing, just handed me back my phone without even looking at it! Said there was nothing he could do! Jaume was awesome at Geek squad with my vehicle electronics purchase and installations! He was very knowledgeable and really helped me feel less overwhelmed by everything. Def recommend and will be returning for my next truck project!
We bought a 2000 dollar stackable washer and dryer a week and a half ago and they scheduled a delivery for today between 8 and 1 o clock and a confirmation call was placed yesterday to confirm the delivery and install and the day and time of arrival we got a call that they needed to reschedule because the stacking kit wasnt purchased...very unprofessional and tried to push us back 2 weeks...terrible communication
