I came in on a Thursday morning with a busted iPhone 16 screen through Tmobil and was told the first available appointment was the following afternoon. I then received a call from them asking me to reschedule because they were having staffing issues a wouldn’t be able to fix my phone without leaving it overnight. It took me 45 minutes to schedule an appointment for setting up my recently purchased smart tv. I specifically stated that I was not available until 2:00 or later on the day it was scheduled. I repeated this information several times so that there was no misunderstanding. The night before my appointment I received a text indicating that the service technician would arrive between 7:00 and 11:00.
