They leave millions of files "backed up" to users Desktop OneDrive folder and completely fill it up. They don't clean up after themselves and leave temp data and app data all over their backups. In some cases they backup the backup and this goes on and on every computer they backup or transfer. Have seen hundreds of GB of unnecessary data amounting to multiple millions of unnecessary files that is then uploaded to the OneDrive folders unnecessarily.

Horrible customer service, and good luck trying to get ahold of someone. The phone system is a nightmare, and eventually you might be lucky enough to talk to someone at a call center - that person will not be able to help you. They know absolutely nothing! Then you get a phone number to call BACK to the store, and you won’t have any luck reaching a real human at geeksquad. If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my tower pc off for repairs on Thursday at about 1:30. I received a phone call about 2 hours later saying that it wasn’t checked in correctly, so they couldn’t do any work to it. Keep in mind that I was across Denver by that point so I could access a computer so I could do my schoolwork. I arrived back at the Best Buy store at about 7:30 to pick up my desktop, where the power was out and I couldn’t pick up my computer.
