I got very lucky and drew Chris at the Park Meadows Geek Squad on Tuesday 16 June. I could not be happier with his efforts in my behalf!!! In short order, he had my new Dell Desktop computer updated with AOL, Quicken, Office, and Trend Micro. He also had a coworker recycle my old Desktop and hand me the Hard Drive! Chris is personable, technically supremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. 'Nuff said!!! It was the best experience with the Geeks I have had to-date. CDH

They leave millions of files "backed up" to users Desktop OneDrive folder and completely fill it up. They don't clean up after themselves and leave temp data and app data all over their backups. In some cases they backup the backup and this goes on and on every computer they backup or transfer. Have seen hundreds of GB of unnecessary data amounting to multiple millions of unnecessary files that is then uploaded to the OneDrive folders unnecessarily.

Horrible customer service, and good luck trying to get ahold of someone. The phone system is a nightmare, and eventually you might be lucky enough to talk to someone at a call center - that person will not be able to help you. They know absolutely nothing! Then you get a phone number to call BACK to the store, and you won’t have any luck reaching a real human at geeksquad. They don’t update the status on repairs either unless you call and leave messages. And they won’t bother returning your call. They’ll just finally remembe... read more
