I had lost some files on my iPhone, one of which was very important. The person who helped me at geek squad was pleasant, but told me the files were irretrievably lost. Fortunately, when I came home, I found them on iCloud.
Currently writing this review on the laptop they fixed for me! This team diagnosed and repaired my computer in less than 30 mins. I was so worried I was gonna loose all my documents, but it works better now than before it broke. Price for the work was more than fair.
They make you make an appointment to leave your computer for 2-3 days to even diagnosis or tell you if they can help???? Worthless
We took my sons Nintendo switch up to geek squad in Winchester Virginia because we were receiving an error message and it wouldn’t let us do anything to it. We tried to reboot it but the error message kept coming back. The guy who was working behind the counter at geek squad, wouldn’t even look at it and told us that they don’t work on switches when everyone else we talked to told us to take it there.
