So geek squad is a joke I guess. Booked an appointment a week out for a screen repair on iPhone. Leave work early to drive all the way there for the techs to say “we might make it worse, go to apple.” It’s not even a horrible shatter. Just some small cracks. What is going on
I had lost some files on my iPhone, one of which was very important. The person who helped me at geek squad was pleasant, but told me the files were irretrievably lost. Fortunately, when I came home, I found them on iCloud.
Currently writing this review on the laptop they fixed for me! This team diagnosed and repaired my computer in less than 30 mins. I was so worried I was gonna loose all my documents, but it works better now than before it broke. Price for the work was more than fair.
