Went to get screen replacement for my phone. They told me make appt and I did that. Came back and waited an hour because they helped someone else who didnt have an appt. I get to the counter to be told they dont do samsung screens at all even though it was my specific model I made the appt for on the app. Horrible service and I got laughed at while I walked out because I was upset about the situation.
This place serves the best Shrimp Pho I ever had! The shrimp were Huge and even for a medium bowl Bowl they gave me 12 huge shrimp! I always add sriracha and chili paste to my Pho and the broth was delicious. It should also be noted that the place was immaculate. 9 mile Pho not Geek Squad
Poor gps
We had Matt come out to our house to fix a malware problem. He was very nice and did a great job fixing the problem and making us feel secure in our own home again. I will definitely use Geek Squad for any future problems. Would highly recommend this company. Very trustworthy. Thank you so much Matt!
I schedule the appointment thru Apple. Before I even arrive they know what I’m coming in for and what devices I have. He takes my devices and passwords and disappeared in the back for 30 minutes. Comes back and says they don’t have the equipment for the repair. Why did it take you 30 minutes to find that out and why did you need my device and passwords for that?! I honestly don’t trust that he didn’t scroll through my stuff! Super annoyed.
