Callaghan Hemmerly was very knowledegable, professional and flexible in helping us design an audiovisual system. I really appreciated his expertise and personal attention.
Told us over the phone simple things can be done in store same day , then when we came without looking at it they said it will be a month and no repairs are done same day.

Best Buy is going downhill and taking the Geek Squad with it. Money seems to be more important than customer service. Folks who've been around and know what they're doing get laid off (L.S. for example). Their new credit card is difficult to use, etc. I'm beginning to look elsewhere for my shopping and my support. It's a real shame. They used to be my "go-to" spot.
