I have been a Geek Squad subscriber for years. I just purchased a new computer and printer. I wanted help in setting up security and other necessities. Lately the service is ABSOULTELY HORRIBLE. You can't talk to a supervisor to get help. The Geek Squad tech support that is always from over seas just hangs up on you after you have waited for very long periods of time.
