My sister and I went in to get a virus scan on our laptop due a potential scam. Mike Morais was very knowledgeable. He didn't make us feel stupid or embarrassed. He checked the laptop and our phones for suspicious apps. We were very pleased with his demeanor and customer service!!!
My computers audio didn't work so I sent it in for what I was told would be a week long repair, two and a half weeks later I get it back and I am just there told that they just didn't even touch it because I never bought a warranty (that I was never told about.) My audio is STILL broken because again they did absolutely nothing. The staff was nice but that's utterly useless because my computer's still broken. Mostly a good experience, but not everything. I found it a bit complicated to navigate the website to schedule an appointment, but very easy to actually schedule an appointment for exactly when I wanted, and quickly. However, I had been advised by Cherry Hill Geek Squad that the best time would be first thing in the morning (and that that I would need to leave my computer for 1-2 days) and, as I discovered, this was not so.
