Went in to get a battery replacement on my iPhone 13 Pro Max since it’s always dying and has 77% battery life left. I expected to spend around $100 but was quoted $350. I’ve almost always kept a phone case and a screen protector on my phone. I went in and the associate told me that if I had scratches on my phone, that they’d have to charge me to get my screen replaced as well (which was an additional $250). The worker Gabby was very unprofessional and doesn’t have the skills with talking to customers, super rude and unprofessional!
Very disappointing service, made an appointment to go in person only for them to tell I have to call apple directly. terrible service!!!
Very disappointed! Went in to fix my back camera as it was looking very ugly, the back one and they said it would be two hours max and that they would not charge me due to it being apple care coverage , they said they might break my back camera and then called me and told me they broke the back camera lens trying to take it off. Now they won’t give me back my phone at all until they “fix it” 2-3 days it’s going to take they said. It’s stupid they broke my camera even more and now won’t give it back.
