Operating system crashed on my pc, and late one afternoon decided to try BestBuy Mesquite's Geek Squad department for repair. They provided a 2-3 days estimate to let me know. I received email the next afternoon that all was completed, and ready. I was surprised, but pleased. I came in to receive it the following day. Everything had been saved, no data lost. The 5 stars is for Edgar at GeekSquad. I came in due to a lost phone warranty claim I had filed, which I later found the phone. I was trying to return a egift card and to get my deductible refunded as thats what I was told over the phone by corporate. When I went in person, BestBuy informed me that I couldn't return the egift card and to call the BestBuy egift card customer service number.
