Nefty was fantastic.
Scheduling through Apple Support was seamless, and I easily secured a 7:00 PM appointment. However, the experience fell completely flat once I arrived. The store staff and management are clearly not aligned with Apple Support's policies or scheduling system. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was turned away by staff. Disappointing lack of communication between Apple and this Geek Squad team.
Thanks to Winter for his help. My phone was being hacked and he left his customer to come help me.
