The 5 stars is for Edgar at GeekSquad. I came in due to a lost phone warranty claim I had filed, which I later found the phone. I was trying to return a egift card and to get my deductible refunded as thats what I was told over the phone by corporate. When I went in person, BestBuy informed me that I couldn't return the egift card and to call the BestBuy egift card customer service number. Very poor customer service. Need to hire more staff and train them properly. Didnt fix the issue. Promised to give the computer in 2 days, gave after 4 days saying there were multiple viruses, but we couldn't find any. Horrible service.
