Called Customer service and asked if able to repair phone through apple care tonight, was told yes, up until 8pm. I arrived at 5:45pm. tech arrived at 6:05pm and advised it was take 20 minutes to repair phone and he did not have 20 mins he had another appt at 7pm (55 minutes after my arrival). Drove 1.5 hours to this location based off being told it WOULD be repaired tonight. Geek Squad Agent Rude, Unhelpful. Would avoid this geek squad location and go elsewhere.
I had an unpleasant experience with customer service persona by the name Jordan and ,at geek squad at Best Buy on presidential .The representatives were not attentive at all, making me feel ignored and undervalued. My questions were met with vague responses, and They were not attentive or helpful at all !! The lack of professionalism and Communication was frustrating. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and would not recommend their services based on this experience.
