On June 27th, I placed an order to have the batteries replaced in 2 different iPhones at the same time. Unfortunately, they don’t carry the parts in stock, so I had to wait for them to come in. I was called on the evening of the 3rd to bring in the first phone the next day. After a 30 minute wait in line on the 4th, I dropped it off and it was repaired in 4 hours. Definitely recommend their service! The techs there know their stuff, and I had my machine fixed in about 20 minutes. It was a wonderful experience!
Everyone was super nice and helpful, I scheduled an appointment to get my phone battery replaced, went in for service and they ran the diag and ordered the part. A few days later got a call saying I could drop off as soon as possible. Dropped my phone off and was greeted by some very friendly people. Left my device all day and got a call and picked up phone later that night. Overall wonderful team and very helpful!
