What a ripoff! Purchased a computer ($700) April 2023 and a 2 year warranty which just expired 2 months ago! Now the pc acting up and they think I’m gonna go have them evaluate/over charge me and keep it for who knows how many days! Beware of Best Buy took 8 months for another purchase fighting the bank to get a refund of $250 back they tried to rip me of and now $700.
I came to geek squad in monroeville and they wouldn’t even sit down with me to go over my problem on my computer. They didn’t know how to help me with a very common problem and rushed me out. It was a waste of time.
I brought in my new gaming laptop to be fixed because it repeatedly gets blue screen of death during certain games. You would think this would be a simple fix for apparent "experts" in the field, but they didn't even know what the blue screen of death was, I had to look up a picture online and show them. They ended up running stress tests and diagnostics on the PC and found "nothing wrong with it". Of course I still got the blue screen of death afterwards.
