I don't want to leave a negative review, but I am incredibly disappointed with the state in which my tower was returned to me upon my last visit. I'm giving 2 stars because every time I've gone into the store, the people working at the counter have been pleasant and I've usually had fine experiences with laptops I've brought in. However, I brought in my tower for overheating issues and opted to get it cleaned while it was there since I didn't have the time to handle it myself. Geek Squad service is now in-store only. The store is very loud and the customer and Geek Squad Team Member are out in the store at a counter. Also, the phone numbers extensions at my local Best Buy usually do not work. The Geek Squad folks are fine, but getting an appointment with them and then dealing with the environmental overload of sound is extremely difficult. I would not recommend buying a computer from Best Buy unless you have a good computer support source.
