My organization has always had good vibes with the Geek Squad until recently. 1. I can NEVER get anyone at the call center that I can understand and they will put you on hold and never come back in some instances. 2. Best Buy Geek Squad has a ton of scammers posing as their business. I was trying to set up an appointment to bring 2 pcs in but they wanted my info so that they could fix it virtually. Apple sent me to these people when the charging port of my 3 1/2 month $1,500 iPhone melted and bent. They did not acknowledge even though I had an appointment. The young guy who finally saw me accused me and then my son for damaging the port! He admitted he only had a year experience and was quite condescending and the manager did absolutely nothing! Now because of their “opinion” I can’t get it fixed unless I pay out of pocket. I really believe this is a defective phone. Will NEVER return to Gerk Squad.
Life is complicated, so is laptops. Im glad they were there to help.
