I am never going back to this Geek Squad location. In the last few years, over various visits, they have: forgotten they had my computer for over a week and only remembered when I came in to ask what was happening, lied to me about how long it would take to fix a problem (pretty sure this caused someone there to get fired), straight up refused to tell me the status of my computer when I called in to ask for an update (because they NEVER update the online status), and just now, I got it back from them for a problem with my ke... read more
Great staff and great service especially the guy at new hope Commons Durham named Mike Cobb.!
Wonderful experience with Zack at geek squad today! He was able to look at problems with software and apps. My computers were not syncing data and he helped me figure out why. We solved it and I went ahead and bought a new iPad at Best Buy with their service agreement because the experience was so great. He listens well and is friendly and patient.
