Wonderful experience with Zack at geek squad today! He was able to look at problems with software and apps. My computers were not syncing data and he helped me figure out why. We solved it and I went ahead and bought a new iPad at Best Buy with their service agreement because the experience was so great. He listens well and is friendly and patient.

Huge shout out to Zach. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. These days it’s rare to get top quality, friendly service. What ever they are paying Zach they should double it.
They addressed our concerns and updated software in a timely manner!
