The customer service was incredibly gracious with me when I needed to return a gift. There were complications that took over an hour to sort through, but their attitude stayed helpful and kind. Katia especially, very patiently, worked with us to find a solution. She had a glowing smile the entire time, and genuinely showed understanding and grace.

So much confusion and miscommunication with scheduling. I went to the grapevine store and bought a TV, wall mount, and sound bar. All were in stock because I wanted fast install.They said they could install THAT day, so I disconnected old tv and removed it. Geek Squad no showed, no phone call, no email. I had to call the next day. Soonest they could get there was 6 days later. Wall mount didn’t work. Had to order another one. Again, confusion and miscommunication about scheduling.
