My experience was wonderful! I had been three places that could not help me and the last one suggested the Geek Squad at Best Buy, which I hadn't thought of not having had any real issues with my phone in the past. Kyle waited on me and was great! He immediately knew the problem, and spent 15-20 minutes fixing my malware issues. He was very personable and certainly very knowledgeable! Both times I took my computer in they took it in with no problems even though I didn’t have an appointment.
I had an appointment last night to have my phone repaired, although the advertisement shows that there is same day service option, since my appointment was at 5:40pm, I was open to the phone not being ready same day and the representative Kyle that assisted me was helpful at that time and I had been waiting for someone to contact me today since I was told that my phone would be ready in the morning.
