A HORRIBLE experience with Geek Squad buyer's protection service contract. My XL screened TV broke, I called in to nearest Best Buy - my call was sent over seas - VERY difficult to understand rep. They set up appointment to repair my tv in~ 10 days. 10 MINUTES before they were to arrive, they sent a text to cancel, and tell me to re-schedule! I go to re-schedule, but can't. I went in to see if they could clean my phone jack. The guy it right away and didn’t charge Very easy Now I can charge my phone again
