I turned my Apple Watch in on April 11th . It is now May 13th and I still don't have my watch. No can tell me anything or give me any information. I will NEVER go through Best Buy again especially the Geek Squad. Don't do it. You will never get you product back!
Customer service is terrible. Calls are typically routed to an outsourced center in the Philippines, and they refuse to transfer the calls to the local store even when there is a communication barrier.
the geek squad was super amazing!! my phone looks brand new. They were so patient and they worked with me, even though my phone was acting crazy.
Had an radio/backup camera installation appointment at 10:00 on a Sunday, dude showed up, didn’t open the door. We show up at 11:00 when the store opens, person says he opened the door at ten, when really he didn’t because we left at 10:03 since NO ONE SHOWED UP. General manager didn’t help either. HOWEVER, overall the experience went well in the end and I’m super happy with my installation! The time was the only flaw, but I’m happy with how it turned out…but respectfully, I’d never come to this geek squad again.
