Went to bring my boyfriend to get his phone fixed, had to wait 45 mins for the to tell us we have to wait another hour for the security on the phone. So we made an appointment for in the morning and the guy isnt even there for the appointment time. Why would they allow to book that time if no one is there. Wasted our time going here to not get anything fixed
Very friendly staff. Took care of my issue quickly.
Had a reservation for "battery service" on my iPhone. Spent 75+ minutes at the counter to drop the phone off. Asked how much it would cost and the person at the counter could not tell me the price. After fumbling thru the process of trying to enter the work order, another person came over and looked at it for 10+ minutes, then I am told that they cant repair my phone because the battery is swollen and the screen separated from the frame. I came here yesterday morning to speak to someone about some issues with my pc. It was 2 people at the counter, a young lady and a guy. The lady was already helping a customer and the guy asked me to go to the other side of the rope where the line started. He then looks me up and down in an ugly fashion, note, I had on a US Navy hoodie and some sweats (yes I’m active duty of almost 20yrs btw).
