Geek squad was incredibly helpful in getting my computer fixed. Very helpful in getting it situated.
These guys are great!
The man I had an appointment with was rather useless in helping me. He said we could send out my laptop for $84.99 and I agreed, then he said it would cost $120 to back it up, which I said I didn't need done. He kept going back and forth on whether I should send it out even though I told him I wanted it sent out either way. Additionally, he did not slow down or pause in speaking to allow me to think. I ended up collecting my things and leaving.
