I had signed up for My Best Buy Total membership when I purchase a new Apple Lap top and iPhone about a year ago. It was supposed to give me access to the Geek Squad help for technical support among other things. I was told that the Geek Squad desk of Best Buy at the Snellville location in GA was staffed by Apple certified representatives and they can support Apple products fully. After multiple visits, it turns out Nvidia's drivers were what is causing my pc crashes. Thanks for the help, just disappointed it took so many visits to figure that out
Attempting to contact the store and then the geek squad, requires exceptional patients to get through their AI talking head
Tyler was a big help when I took my phone inside to get some help getting rid of notifications from Samsung. Everyday several times a day ide get a notification from them. He gave me some suggestions and it all worked out. Kudos for Tyler
