The guys aren’t rude but customer service lacks and the service is unnecessarily slow. I understand waiting until the employee is finished with the customer ahead of you but there was no greeting, I’ll be with you in a moment, or apology for the wait. I had signed up for My Best Buy Total membership when I purchase a new Apple Lap top and iPhone about a year ago. It was supposed to give me access to the Geek Squad help for technical support among other things. I was told that the Geek Squad desk of Best Buy at the Snellville location in GA was staffed by Apple certified representatives and they can support Apple products fully.
