They leave millions of files "backed up" to users Desktop OneDrive folder and completely fill it up. They don't clean up after themselves and leave temp data and app data all over their backups. In some cases they backup the backup and this goes on and on every computer they backup or transfer. Have seen hundreds of GB of unnecessary data amounting to multiple millions of unnecessary files that is then uploaded to the OneDrive folders unnecessarily.
Always a great experience at Geek Squad. Today, Nairah was pleasant to work with and she made sure our phone issue was taken care of a quick ad possible!
