I took a simple job to them, just for help with an update and removing two programs, and was told it would be 2 to 5 days. The tech was rude

I have had the worst experience with them on my purchase of a washer and dryer. I have had nothing but issues and every time they send geek squad member out to fix the issue the issues is never resolved. They finally brought out a new one yesterday and had dents and the members they sent out did not know how to properly put together the new washer.
