Was helped without an appointment, fast friendly service.
I have had the worst experience with them on my purchase of a washer and dryer. I have had nothing but issues and every time they send geek squad member out to fix the issue the issues is never resolved. They finally brought out a new one yesterday and had dents and the members they sent out did not know how to properly put together the new washer. Skylar W. at geek squad was amazing! he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my computer and was very professional. He was kind, understanding and helpful. I came in without an appointment and Skylar was able to get me situated. He was very patient with me and answered any questions I had about my situation, definitely will be back!
